Well, I've been lurking for quite some time now and figured I'd formally introduce myself. I've been an Arlo fan since I first saw him in concert about 10 years ago. I was dragged there by my over-enthusiastic mom who was completely in love with Arlo. By the end of the show I was hooked. He even played Alice's Restaurant, which I listen to faithfully every Thanksgiving and it always brings a smile to my face. I loved the sence of humor he had, and even got to get my picture taken with him at the concert.

I found this website a few months ago, and loved reading all the posts - it just took me a while before I had something to say. So, I figured I'd share my Arlo "experience" with everyone as an introduction.

My next goal is to see Sarah Lee Guthrie in concert. I've heard her on "More Together Again", but never had the chance to see her live. She has an amazing voice!

Hello! And welcome! And you don't really need to have something to say to post something, which you may have figured out by reading some of the stuff in this place!

Actually, Larry... that was gonna be one of the additions to the new policy. If you don't have anything to say, don't. No need to post just for the sake of posting!

Welcome to the site Angel...

Hi Angel. We're not all as crazy as we seem! Most of the time.

Welcome, Angel. What Pat said.

BTW, Thanks Pat. You have no idea how much time and trouble you save me by saying exactly what I would have said -- and saying it so much better than I could have, too ...

Welcome, Angel. That you stayed around is evidence you've got what it takes to blunder through the fog. What Pat and Muffy said.

Dave, if you say there's no need to post just for the sake of posting, does that mean I have to go find something constructive to do? Please reconsider!

welvome, Angel, the sub-title, under my name is Sarah Lee's unofficial fan club name. She's an amazing young woman. Her 1st cd is just out, too, most of the songs there, she wrote. Along with that angelic voice, she's a gifted songwriter

Anxious to hear "something" to post, defined, here..hang in, Larry!

always welcome angels into our mist, in fact every stranger that I meet just might be another angel sent to guide me.

Love is the key but you need to find your own song and sing it.

" Only time I ever seen her cry, is when one a them thangs, go by, that's why Momma hated diesels, so bad"
