PRESIDENT BUSH SHARES GRIEF WITH THE DAVIS FAMILY, So reads today's headline...

Maybe it was just a Repubican ploy, but it appears that the President had a private meeting with the family of Master Sergent Donald Davis, one of the first to die in the war on terror. A touching photo of the President hugging the family and they even say that the president shed a tear with them.

I found the story to merit a read. The family seems real and I don't think I would lie about such a meeting if it were me.

Maybe, George Bush does have a heart.

The courts, ah, yes, that will affect the rest of our lives more than anything else he gained yesterday.

Let us direct blundervibes towards Washington, let us hope for the best and sit aside our fears, tomorrow is another day and we must rememeber that those who are in Washington have more to lose then we do, so maybe the will act in all of our best interest.

Well, the "good news" is that the more they f**k it up, and they will, the easier the 2004 election becomes for the other side.
The bad news is we have to watch them f**k it up, and start a war I fear we all will regret sometime very soon.And our youth will die for the mistakes these bumblef**ks make.

yeah, that's pretty much the way i see it, larry. that and the courts, as ceashel said...that won't be a short term thing. i think it's safe to say i'm fairly depressed, but i'm glad to find myself in such good company to be depressed with.
