As for this egg hunter, this Easter Sunday also happens to be my 45th birthday, and since I am forgeting stuff at faster rates all the time, I figure that 45 is the age when I can start hiding my own Easter eggs!
Woo-Hoo!~!!!

And Arnie, if you can,and it won't piss off Max, have a chonklit Easter bunny for your seder just for me! <img src="http://www.arlo.net/ubb/smilies/looney.gif" width=15 height=15>

Knishes... Coney Island Knishes with Deli Mustard!!!

Yeh they are like Pierogies, and yet they are not... They are usually about 4" diameter or square... soft potato filling wrapped in some kind of dough... baked to a golden brown. I like them served up with a little salt and some deli mustard ... You might be able to get a reasonable facsimile in the frozen foods section of your supermarket, but fresh from the vending cart is best!

I like pierogies, too... especially the potato/mushroom ones... fried in a little butter with onion and garlic... and sour cream to top them off!
