The answer is:

When George W. orders a pizza, he instructs the pizza guy to cut it into 6 slices and not 8 for this reason.

Ya see, GW is a mutant.. he is miscoded for the intelligence gene, maybe his helix is slanted, the rungs were slightly off, then everything went haywire. I just wanted to concur and let you know how entertaining this is!

the answer is:

During Jenna's upcoming wedding, no doubt George W. will do this popular D.J. wedding dance that he also did during the Vietnam era, and does everyday from the safety of the oval office.
