and don't want anything to do with the ACA even though the ACA is a loosely based republican construct (as i understand it)

i am to understand that it (the ACA) is possibly a step in a better direction, but at this rate it looks like a long ass march....towards the target.

single payer still sounds like a sensible idea to me
