I was on the 5:30 pm news on Ch 12 NBC in Richmond on Wed, with my knitting group.

My 3rd time on tv actually. Once while in college I was in the audience on Jerry Falwells church tv program.Then in 1986 when the Monkees came to Richmond, ch 8 did a segment on Mike & I being Monkees fans.

Ch 12 our NBC channel came by yesterday to do a segment on the knitting group I belong to at my cousins church, Colonial Heights (The Heights) Baptist church. So when they filmed they showed me knitting with a crochet hook which is called knooking. I am the one wearing the red shawl I knitted with merino wool and Ice yarns. And am wearing a black scarf I crocheted for myself. You can see my black purse with the cross on it next to me. and was on the left end.
