beautiful beverleyknowles. I love your writing.

today is sir paul's birthday. hope he is feeling better.

I think this is one we all know. for me, always a comfort song. Not my favorite version, but an interesting group

agnes enjoyed the father/daughter accent clip. I read they are auctioning lou reed's studio stuff on eBay. thought you might want to check it out.

good afternoon

oh thanks janice for the lou reed info….i may check it out out of curiosity, but that is about all me thinks.

i like the let it be song too,,,,same kind of reasons you mention i think?

and yes too, beverley, in case it didn't convey in my post, i enjoyed your string of poetry too. somehow brought me to the minuit song. i always liked that song. the second song i posted (edie brickell doing dylan's hard rain) which came from a different direction of course and i must say, i just love love love edie's version of that song. the only thing that disappoints me about it is that some of the song got left off! i have noticed that with a few of dylan's covers,,,,and at least one concert clip cover i have posted, i think they just got confused and got things a little mixed up but i still think it worth seeing, and i enjoy it for what it is.

anyhow, another one from lou reed

G1 a great set, thank you. I especially enjoyed City Lights. They both seem so proud of each other. A good pair all around.

agnes, love bluebird. how did you know? loved the doddle drawings too.

yes, I remember you like tea. preferably in a Mongolian tea house. i'm just not sure I know the proper etiquette.

what a week. I think i'm in the mood for this lady

janice,,,how did i know? how did i know what? that you love bluebird? i didn't know. i like it myself, and i hoped others might too, but i didn't really know.

and yes, i remember the mongolian tea house folly…haha! i have never been to one actually, i was just lost in my world of pointed-hat-wearing bridge keepers and such.

anyhow, while we are in this neighborhood

when they would show this stuff on tv when i was a kid, i remember i would get so happy and excited about it that i would rope my mom and anyone else i could into watching it with me because surely they would love it too ? seriously!
