Thanks Pat,
I've learned to not predict the future but, I sure like it here, so far. The urban sprawl, beaches, pace of life & weather (this time of year) remind me a lot of my native SoCal
While I will always love NoCal, Ukiah was a sleepy rural town from which I was ready to depart.
The friendliness of people here has been a real pleasent surprise
I start today, taking bookings by phone for time share presentatons ( w/ enticements of bunches of discount coupons for DisneyWorld & 2 nights in the Bahamas)
Its straight commish, at $110 per booking, and, since the calls are customer iniitiated, I can let my golden voice & silver tongue prattle & get paid for it!!!!
Obviously, this isn't my "life-work" but should provide a nice cash infusion, as I explore some PR work & 501(c)3 grant writing, ( gotta save the Everglades & Manatees, ya know!!!) on & off-line
The sun's coming up, so Id better get less sedintary & get it moving, Thanks again, for the good wishes, more soon,

Hi Cea & Jay, Ive been watching 2 certain videos over & over & can''t thank you both, enuff

Well, hello again Bumper! Glad you made it to S Fla and are having a good time. You wrried everyone with the "grits" thing. Of course, we northerners have our Cream of Wheat (grits-like stuff topped with cream and sugar).

Anyway, glad to see you back on the boards.

Nathan, maybe the imaginary mice scared off the imaginary girlfriend???

speaking of Olivia Nora... what a CUTIE!!!!
Johnny came out after Carnegie and gave us all an up close and personal introduction to that cutie... of course, he did first check that there were no stray bumpers around...

How can we be sure that this is the real Bumper? I mean he has not said a damn thing Bumperish yet. I think either this is a ringer or the wind blowing the wrong way off the ocean has turned him into the anti-bumper, is that possible?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Pam said " maybe you imaginary mice scared off the imaginary girlfriend", well then wereas the mice were in fact real, therefor the girlfriend was also real and if that were true then it was only a matter of time before she left me anyway. Just as well she leave me now, what kind of name was Julie Judy Johnson anyway?

Having had glimpses before into the imagination of Nathen, I think it more likely that the imaginary girl friend scared away the imaginary mice, rather than the other way around.

Thanks, but as you may or may not be aware, I have not attained the rank of bitch yet, and probably never will. I think I need to be satisfied with just being an asshole.
And as a word of friendly advice, be careful how you throw that sacred title of "bitch" around, you may encounter the wrath of the trinity, aka the coven, if you misuse it.

Well...i happen to stumble (trip?) onto this board...it looks like an interesting place. Besides finding out that the post are dated backwards (newest are first here...most places have oldest first) i have enjoyed reading what you have written...

well...i may be back

and please stop your flame war that has plagued the last few post :P

heeheehee thats cool, Arnie..
Olivia & I are kinda kindred spirits, she, being an only child also & in my neighboring astro sign. More significant and kindred, is the slightly goofy streak Olivia inherited, fron both her parents. I predict she'll turn "Big Square Walking" into a bemused dodechahedronin on full stride, or something similiar...! Izat Bumperish enuff for ya, Nathen...? (sheesh, I swear, sometimes, my East Tenn amigo can overthink the chrome off a metaphorical trailor hitch...!)

MatthewV, Welcome!

A couple of notes:

1. If you look near the top of the page, you'll see a row of links. Choose Preferences. This isn't your browser's preferences, it's your arlo.net preferences. It offers the option of first-to-last or last-to-first. (Pretty sophisticated for a bunch of hippies, huh? That's thanks to Wizard Dave.)

2. Not to worry; that 'flame war' is not what it appears to be. Just some friends being 'affectionate.'

Again, welcome!
