I always thought Litteton was a town tougher than the leo city, which is a twin city to Fitchburg. (and I just resisted using the b word. lol)

( Even though I'm having a migraine and menstrual cramps. Merlin's hairy balls! I'm too damned old for this. They made me go off my hormones because I'm too old and fat and the doctor said I could have a stroke! Then I should be too old for periods! Never had none for the last 10 years. Where the hell is menofrikenpause when you need it! Sorry if that's too much information. I tend to do that according to some sensitive people.)

But I guess I ain't sofistikated enuf to properly enjoy that 120 second project nor that Eugene feller's musik. I liked what he had to say though.

As far as the snoring goes, I can not tell a lie, I snore too. I'm very glad your hubby is such a good sport. I know I would be a very bad sport and so does my hubby. He's a wise man and that's probably why I'm still married after all these years.

I am glad you liked the Wooden indians. Just want to explain that Raymond Scott made "cartoon jazz" with his quintett in the 40's but turned to eclectronic music in the 50's. He actually rarely used the Varese montage style heard here (and used by the Beatles on the White Album..number 9 number 9 number 9..). But if you listened to telivision in the late 50's to early 60's, anytime they needed a "modern" sound for some reason (usually commercials) it was usually Raymond Scott (Theremin's were boring and Moog was not on the scene yet). So his strange talents are cartoon jazz and weird electronic sound in TV commercials of the 60's. Moog made Raymond Scott's sounds widely avalaible by the early 70's.

And, I don't believe I have ever heard Eugene Chadbourne called sophisticated. He has that extreme artsy quality and he is quick to reject convention and "appropriate" standards in musical interpretation. My first encounter were two albums from the late 80's, one a tribute to old country music (Hank Williams era) and the other a tribute to Tim Buckley (it had a mesmerizing version of the The River that migrated into Chase Your Blues Away). Tim Buckley was out there a bit already (of course I like it). THen. from an entirely different source, I heard his tribute to Thelonius Monk (another very Strangely Talented human). I like it because he makes music that sends my mind in different directions and that is why I listen to music. (I had heard of Shockabilly in the early 80's but never associated Eugene with them)
