what is the chicken dance

Correct! ( boy, I do hate this dumb song and dance at weddings)
Please select.....

we all did that dance at a theme party in west-by-gawd-virginia a few years ago
it was the first i'd heard of it, but anyway...we were all "dressed up like hippies" and the dj puts on the special song that goes with the dance and filmed us and then overdubbed it (removed the chicken dance song and replaced it with coming into los angeles)
don't look at me! i didn't say a word...he did that on his own!
anyway it gave the dance a whole different look!

Oh, I'm still in Arnie's room... but I found a cellphone with internet access :)

I'd like tax rebates for a discount on everything I can buy... well, just tax rebates, I guess.

Didn't know they did it at weddings. I have heard it at German fests tho. It's a popular one at those...

ya know... i used to have a bad Tupperware habit! I was up to 6 or 7 cannister burps a day! My dealer was always right there, in her kitchen, ready and willing to sell me that next stay-fresh butter dish, or yet another stacking cereal container! What an enabler she was!!!
I finally found my way out of that downward spiral, but it wasn't before I had succumbed to the lowest levels of depravity... RUBBERMAID!

and that's my story of tupper-woe, and i'm stickin' to it!

the answer is:

This single word best decribes a tax rebate plan that gives hundreds to taxpayers after putting them into debt for tens of thousands.
