If an IS conjugates in the woods, then we have an "are" or an AR ... followed by the linear L and the circular O... therefore let's all just kick back and listen to some tunes... cos you can't hear the IS conjugating in the woods, but you CAN hear the guitars and the harmonizing of voices.

I am begining to worry about my dog, his name is Buddy and he is a big old brown dog, a mutt, but people like him and he likes me.

So at any rate he seems to understand me when I talk to him, he clearly understands left and right and the word biscuit and he seems to like to play tricks on me. I will call him and he comes up behind me and hides, when I turn he follows around and stays hidden until I offer him a ride in the car, then he is right there and ready to go.

Now, I admit to talking to the dog, and I admit to being aware of when he wants food or to go for a walk, he does not say anything but I just become aware of what he wants. Could it be, that he can read my mind and implant thoughts?

Another thought, this very clever dog just comes up on my porch one day and stays, it's been over a year and no one claimed him yet, but many are the people who have said they would love to have him...Okay, a great dog suddenly appears out of nowhere, he can read my mind and implant thoughts in my head, could he in fact be from another world?

Don't be too quick to laugh, maybe he is a sleeper agent, who is to say?, but then who can answer that big question, where do all the strays come from?

Think of the tens of thousands of stays that just appear, yes, many may be strays, but why would such a smart dog be left behind?
I myself can not leave this dog anywhere, if I go he goes or he will run himself to death following me, why has'nt anyone come to yes, yes he is my dog? Could it be that his mothership dropped him off for a reason.

well that is my question of the day and I think that if you just give it a little thought, you too, might be asking, where do all these strays come from.

had to edit to add this ps.
Even while I am typing that the dog may be a sleeper agent, he is laying beside me sleeping, should I read something into this?

My dog's name is Freeway, and a neighbor found him years ago (guess where?) and brought over this little black ball of fluff and showed him to my kids--he's been "ours" ever since. His main goal in life is to protect me from whatever--I can't even take him to the vet (my husband has to do it) because if I'm in the room he won't let the vet do anything to him. He is part Chow and part Lab--is neurotic and loves water. If he gets out without a leash, he takes off for the creek behind the houses across the street. In fact my daughter was walking him one day (on the leash) and a neighbor came up to her and said, "so that's who that dog belongs to!" He obviously walks himself to the creek quite frequently, but even knowing that he'll be in trouble for taking off, he always comes home.

Can't answer your questions, Nathan, but one of the best dogs this family ever knew came from Tennessee. Maybe you just have a better class of strays down there, or maybe it's where the aliens drop off their sleeper agents. I don't know if Jake could read minds, though. Or implant thoughts. If so, he would have known his starvation days were over and his one character flaw - eating anything he could get to, even if he had to use very unconventional means to get to it - wouldn't have surfaced. He and my sister joined up when she was living on The Farm and a family who'd been living in a trailer in the woods picked up and left, leaving Jake behind. When her year there was up, she brought him home, but we all worried that he'd have trouble adjusting to the confines of suburbia after having total freedom and nature and all that good stuff. As it turned out, no problem. He loved air conditioning, carpeting and freedom was just another word for nothing left to lose as far as Jake was concerned. He loved people and other animals and was just a happy, happy guy. When we got a puppy Jake was happy to be a mentor and teach her tug of war, hanging out and being a dog and bug catching. They loved each other and were best friends for the rest of his life. I wish we could find another stray just like him.

Pat, you scare me, Buddy is a lab, catchs bugs and tells everyone around here he does not get fed, he has perfected the art to getting food from everyone, oh and everyone looks at him and says "come here buddy" which of course is his name, but these are strangers, I think, Buddy's motto is, "I never met a person I did'nt like"

there may be some truth to the sleeper agent idea after all.

There is scientific evidence that dogs and humans share a type of telepathic link.
Being somewhat telepathic myself, I am aware that telepathy favors the strong mind over the weaker one. You will notice that the stronger of the telepathic minds will influence the weaker one in the regard that the weaker one is more open to suggestion, and is more likely take on the personality traits and habits of the stronger mind to which it is linked.
Nathen, this may explain your dogs control over your thoughts, and why you may have found yourself attempting to lick your own private parts, humping the leg of the mailman, and why you have an urge to nuzzle the plumber's cleavage of that guy in front of you in the checkout lane at the supermarket.
What any of this has to do with Selective Obliviosity I don't know, but that's part of the wonderful thing about Selective Obliviosity.

Larry, I was waiting for Wyld to point out the big round eyes that Buddy has are circles and that wagging tail is a stright line, but for now, we must wait.

... buddy's tail is a straight line that travels in circles as he wags it with joy when he sees his dear companion! Therefore, the circle travels in straight lines, as in the train wheels, and the straight line travels in circles as the dog's tail...

the question is though, is dubya wagging the dog?

lines going in circles as the mass goes in a line, what does it matter as long as we have something to think about?

Buddy, decided that he and I share the same birthday so I took him to the store for a slice of birthday balogna, he thought it was fine.

Nathen, that was really nice. Our dog Mattie and I share a birthday, because that's when she came to our family from the SPCA. Usually we have a birthday mealoaf. It goes over really big, but I think she would like bologna even better.

Dogs and some cats are wonderful, they certainly make life a lot better and they so seldom see our short comings.

Our dog Jack has me perfectly trained, each time he comes back into the house after a leg-lifting exercise, he stares at me and uses mind control on me until he gets a doggie cookie.
