That's fascinating Cecile. I try learn to something new everyday (as a buffer to counteract the stuff I forget everyday), and now I know what Candlemas is. But it seems like alot of pressure to be under......if you miss catching the crepe in your pan, and something goes south in your family.......I would hate to be that person
