They had those peace rallies/protest at the site of the Democratic Convention & according to this YAHOO article Arlo sang there. I'm assuming the reason it wasn't listed on Arlonet under the concerts was they probably asked him on last minute notice. Anyway a fuzz evidently dug him which was cool man.
