...thanks Ceashel...that explains alot....i tried d/l to a cd.....it did take awhile....and worked for a few minutes...but after I shut it off to listen later....well, it was an empty cd.....:).....thought it was me......

I'm not sure how to use this forum. I used to be in touch with lots of
what L?L I guess calls ARLO'S. I been through bunches of changes and am now in the process of reconnecting my life. I missed Arlo's visit here in LA at the Disney Hall. I was listening to Guy Clark on Napster tonight and could clearly hear Arlo in a song called Viola, An American Dream. It was covered by The Dirt Band years ago. It would be a great cover for Arlo to record and do live. I mentioned years ago to Jackie that I was a Guy Clark fan and she said that she was too and wanted to see if there was any of his material that Arlo could cover. This would be a very good one.

Just a thought. If there's a better way to post this message, please let me know.
