What are some of the BEST recordings out there.

I recently got a copy of the Hookaville 2000 show. It is off of the soundboard supposedly.

Are soundboard recordings legal?(by legal I mean, does it follow the Arlo rules of recording) or was it the soundguy for the local venue who bootlegged the show.

I am also a Frank Zappa fan. There is a zappateers.com has a link to tracker.zappateers.com that is just for zappa torrents/bootlegs. Is there an Arlo one?
