Hey I am aware of the audio taping policy but what are the takes on video taping a show? I have a few live performances from TV (boston pops is my fave) and i prefer seeing him sing rather than just listening to him.

I would gladly send him a DVD copy.

as for the question at hand, I would believe the 'policy' would be the same for video as it is for audio... arlo has no concern (as long as you're doing it for yourself, not for resale, etc.) but the final word will always be that of the venue...
