Rare tape registry is not online

Can anybody tell me briefly how does this board (trading) works??? Do ppl trade material by mail?
I Realy would like to get into it. How does the rare tape registry (unavaluable at the moment) works? who made it? is it updated often?

I was looking for arlo's mp3 on the web using a mp3search engine i i noticed that a lot of files are hosted in arlo.net. How can i access them directly?

I am gathering all the arlo mp3 i find on the web and later organising them... i had just a few (about 12) but today i finaly found a lot of them, duets, live recordings etc... i realy would like to trade them, i can put tehm into a CD or something. If u are interested please contact me!
