Hi,

I was at the show in St. Louis on October 14th and heard a song from the Woody Archive called "My Peace". I couldn't find the song anywhere online. I was hoping maybe someone on here has a good recording of it because I'd love to have that song at my wedding next year in October. Unfortunately I don't have any other music to trade but I'd be more than happy to pay for the cost of the CD and any shipping costs. I hope someone can come through for me. Thanks in advance!!

What an amazing evening at the Touhill Concert Stage in St. Louis last night.

For those who have not experienced the perfect acoustics in this gem located on the campus of the University of Missouri, I highly recommend checking it out if you live in the area.
There is not a bad seat in the house. ...our personal preference is always the top balcony, where everything on stage is visible and yet still the feeling of an intimate gathering.

after the show, the family was gracious enough to autograph, CD's, shirts etc.
I specifically asked Arlo if 'Peace, Peace was available..
his reply..the words are on the websight.
it was performed in the key of Dmajor tonight for all you other musicians out there.
I have not searched yet...here are the few words I memorized.

Peace,Peace , is all I have and all I give to you..

hope I remembered it correctly...
will tackle the melody and chord in the a.m.

will post any further info..a beautiful poignant, simple song that says it all.

I am looking for an audiofile to listen to so I can transcribe for my keyboard students.
will work on it this week as I am currently under the influence of heavy duty cold medicine and thinking only of some much needed sleep.

It was an amazing show. I've never been to the Touhill before (even though I'm an UM-SL student). The acoustics there are phenomenal! I couldn't believe how crystal clear the guitars and vocals were.


Oh and a P.S. about my first post. The recording of My Peace doesn't have to be from the Touhill performance. I'm looking for any recorded version of the song. Thanks.
