Notes: Arlo Guthrie was joined by Gordon Titcomb and Abe Guthrie for both sets. For the first
set, mics were clamped to the balcony rail which was fine except when anyone touched the rail,
it was clearly audible in the recording... most notably at the start of the set during applause
when someone's elbows were on the rail while he was clapping. Fortunately he was nice enough
to lean back (thanks Miles!) and I switched to a mic stand for the second set. Actual mic
location was nearly identical. Also, there are some level adjustments at the start of the
first set where I learned that my preamp has a noisy potentiometer in one channel. The really
bad noises were removed with cross-fades to the other channel. It's not a very clean patch job,
but 99% of it is in one banter track. The rendition of Alice's Restaurant is really more of a
story about forgetting the lyrics and his daughter learning the song.

Jason - I've seen this BitTorrent before (probably from you!) but don't have a clue how to get it :roll:

Any tips?? Do I have to be a registered user?? DO I just download it -- onto a CD (somehow)?? Guess I have a lot of questions!!
