 Post subject: Arlo's new song
PostPosted: Sat Nov 05, 2005 6:38 am

At the Fall revival, Arlo sang a new song. It was a wonderful song and he sang it to"redeem" himself when he couldn't remember the words to "You and Me" for his/Jackie's anniversary. (A hysterical moment  ). Anyway, what was the name of that song?? All I can think of is something like ... "In Times Like These". Anyone have the words or the correct title?? :?: It was a GREAT song!! THANKS ARLO!!!

When I asked Arlo what the title was when I was doing the setlist at the Pete and Arlo show in Beacon, he said In Times Like These. A song that means something. I been trying to sing along with the tape but don't know the words yet but you have the cds. :)

I gave it a try but I'm confused in a couple of places.

Edited by Lyrics Slinger (etc.)

I know "cheap refrains bling" can't be right and "these times of old" is close but not there yet. I've never been able to guess what chords to use so hints are appreciated.

Hi Folks... Thanks for the interest but it's still a work in progress. The downside of letting people tape the shows is that we don't always feel free to try new material - It hasn't stopped us, but it does create problems for us with copyrights etc. when the lyrics are posted before they are published officially. No problems with lyrics or music like My Peace. I've asked Kurt and maybe some of you will help me out by unposting the lyrics on the songs that are not officially posted (published), until we can take care of all that stuff from here. I know you wouldn't want us to be in a position where we couldn't do new material during a live performance, and/or stop people from taping the gigs. You can help by just being patient with us as we try to figure our way around all this...

Love as usual,
adg

PS. Turns out I have editing capabilities - who woulda thunk! So, I'll get you guys the good lryrics ASAP as promised. Thanks for understanding.
