I'll be missing the walk as usual (and the concert afterwards!) but at least this year, I have a good excuse (as opposed to my lame excuses of prior years...)
So maybe next year, huh?

meanwhile, I'll toss out my yearly offer to sponser some blunderites in the walk. Just contact me by email and we can discuss the particulars...

Maybe I should form a "Team Arnie" and hand out yellow wrist bands that say "BlunderLong!"??

My daughter and I will be there for the show !! We (well, I) can't do the walk but wonder if I can volunteer to do something for the walk. Any ideas?? We'd LOVE to help do something!!

There's supposed to be a breakfast (still in the "maybe" planning stage) that morning, so I'm sure there will be plenty of volunteer ops for all of us.

Cyndy, I don't walk either, I was stationed at the halfway point last year, handing out water (and Gatorade) and shrimp cocktail! Contact Lisa about volunteering for the walk.

My friend Mari, whom some of you have met, will be walking with her 9 year old son.... I think they could use sponsors.

Won't be there for the walk, but will sponsor someone--can always manage to scrape up a few bucks for the cause.

I plan on walking, and this will be my first time. Does anyone have sort of a general explanation of what to expect? It sounds like great fun (and a great cause)!
