Today, I received an email from the Tarrytown Music Hall in Tarrytown, NY, that this coming Friday night’s show was cancelled due to “a family emergency”.
Unfortunately, I CAN imagine what it might pertain to. I hope that I am wrong.
I hope all ends as well (or as easily) as it possibly can.
We will say prayers for the extended Guthrie family.

My wife and I are true fans and have been thinking of trucking up to Mass for a ritual pilgrimage to the church. Maybe we will get around to it sooner rather than later.

Thanks for the love and prayers. There are other threads on here giving more info. Arlo's wife Jackie has cancer. We are praying for her too.

We pretty much knew what was going on and thank you VERY MUCH for the reply and the heads up. I can only pray this is a minor set-back. (Not knowing anything at this point.)

Would you kindly point me to where the other threads are?

I just want to observe and know what is happening now, without being intrusive.

Hi Jeff and Kathleen...if you haven't been to Stockbridge, you should go. I've been 4 times and it does feel like a pilgrimage. Ate at "Alice's Restaurant", it's still there, it is now called Theresa's Cafe. It's a great little town, they have an awesome Christmas festival I think the first week in December. And it was great to see the church, went one time and Arlo's tour bus was parked outside. Didn't have the courage to knock on the church door to see if he was there! Probably just where they park when he's home. Nancy
