I haven't had a panic attack since I arrived where I belong with all of you and Arlo.
One question is tea and coffee the only beverage on offer?
After this migration, I could use something a little stronger.

I hear Zap makes some great mead and you would probably have to pry the Guinness out of Larry's fingers. I'll go for rye and ginger--unless it's before noon--that's what bloody marys and irish coffee is for.

Larry your guinness is safe I don't like beer of any sort since me uncle owned a pub when I was little and I apparently enjoyed draining the taps.
Don't drink much of the high test maybe Vodka and Coke the odd time.
White wine is more my style with the odd shot of Tequila to get me going.
Don't misunderstand Coffee is great when it's half and half with Bailey's on a wet blustery Sunday morning.

nortonkevin, you are absolutley correct, I just didn't want to sound like a "lush" being my first couple posts. Now that I have read a few of the topics and comments, it is apparent I have nothing to worry about.

Nice to know some of the Folksinger's friends and fans like to imbibe a bit of the good stuff, too! My mom rarely drank alcohol, but she did love Baileys...

Also there is this new I have seen lately or maybe just new to me, I hadn't seen it before last summer.

Beer is cheaper than Gas so Drink don't Drive.

We were unhappy the vending folks were taking out the office coffee dispensers until I mentioned we'd run out of the coffee bags anyway and one of my colleagues held up his empty cup and said, "Good to the last drop."

The worst part of waking up is soldiers in their truck.

I think most of us who found Arlo's friend place on FB are free, easy, and kind folk. And maybe a little different (in the nicest way) from the average FB bear (call me Boo, not Yogi).
I've got a question for you longer-timers here:
I just found (going through boxes brought from Seattle a decade ago) an "American Greetings presents ARLO GUTHRIE" card I gave my parents circa 1970. Has a photo on the front of the Folksinger (copyright 1967) that predates the Tales of 1969 album cover. Would it be proper to post it here...or where? I've got small, scanned photos of it in My Pictures. Think many might like to see it, but don't to assume (learned my lessons there - still do)-maybe even Mr. Guthrie?
I'll defer to adg's most-longtime friends as to what to do...
Any advice will be most gratefully appreciated!
