Just make sure the FLASH is turned off. You'll sit there with NO camera and everyone else will be taking pictures with their cell phones. I've gotten great digital pics without a flash.

Hi Louise,

I have been stuck on a project at Wodonga (in the south of Aus) and didn't get back to Brisbane until last night, so missed the Lismore show :( and have to fly back south tomorrow. I insisted on a folkslinger leave pass ... lol.

See you tonight - we're on Table 8 :D

... Dave

Bummer Dave! We'll be on table 2 see you there.

I's 10:30 or so Sun morn here and I'm just about to leave on the one hour drive to Brisbane where most of my family lives. I'll stay with my folks tonight so don't have to drive home.

Well I don't know about the camera thing during the show. But after the show I really would love to get the photo I missed out on last time :)

But hey I'm mainly going to have an enjoyable evening and to introduce some of the younger generation of my family to a wonderful storyteller and musician. I've been to many many concerts here and in the states and I'm sure you would all agree that adg is one of the most entertaining personable and down to earth artists around these days.

There will be lots of laughs and once again maybe a little tear (like last time
when he sang This Land and a huge wave of homesickness for my other home came over me.)

Looking forward to meeting some other BrisBlunderites See you there!

Ya'll have a wonderful time!

Louise called us this morning--it's now a bit after midnight in Brisbane, and she had just gotten back from the show. We never heard our Weezie so excited, and that's saying a lot. We'll leave it to her to tell about the evening after she's slept; but it sounds like it was very special.

Yep what a night! It was great to see Dave again and finally meet BobbieB and to meet their partners.
I got a poster with the Oz dates on it, thanks to my neice-in-law who works in PR and knows all the right questions to ask, she also took the photo's for me. adg was kind enough to Arlograph the poster for me. :) If not for her I wouldn't have gotten the poster or the great photos as I was wandering around in a BlunderDaze. She just took control to make my evening very special. :D
Dave's partener also got some great shots.
I will put some over on the shows and setlist page when I get it organized (I hope!)

Being there with my daughter was very special :D and also my nephew who last year went to Dylan with me when I was crippled with backpain and helped me up the steps. Just between you and me I KNOW he enjoyed adg even more than you know who
