Hey Ozzy, what is this other kinda National Music that you mentioned?

Thanks Joe .......... GerryB , other kindda national music was

called "Progressive" on the earlie's 70 , then National Rock .... and there's

two songwriters I most like , Victor Heredia and Leon Gieco

Leon plays accoustic guitar and Harmonic just like a couple of great guys

we know and make the same kind of lyrics as Arlo and Bob does .

Did u know that Pete Seeger plays with Leon and released a CD , I guess

on latest 80 or beginin the 90's , cant remember exactly , in

Argentina ?? Pete made an intro speech about Vietnan War and then......

" We shall overcome " duet with Leon , Great !!

Then I like Mercedes Sosa , sung " Guantanamera " w. Joan Baez and she

likes to sing lyrics from Violeta Parra ... well , then we have

our "Folklore" that is changin' from tradicional , just like if you match

Waylong Jennings , Willie Nelson with Dwight Yoakam , Toby Keith ,

Garth Brooks ...... a new fashion Country Music , and I like it ,why not

Question : Do u like this new Country or prefer old fashion singers ??

Then there are a bit of Blues , Cumbia , Salsa etc ... not big deal to me
