I found the list of who is coming to Epcot this yr here:

http://www.wdwinfo.com/wdwinfo/guides/e ... garden.htm

I wonder why they didn't have Arlo there this yr. At least they had Davy Jones :) coming back. These shows don't affect me as it's too far for me to travel to go see Arlo and Davy. But for some folks I'm sure Arlo not coming there was devastating...

I wouldn't know where to begin, but if there's anyone out there that will miss us going to EPCOT, as we do, if would be greatly appreciated if you'd let EPCOT know. They take letters seriously. Maybe someone can find out where to write or email them and post an address. The more they hear about it, the more likely it is that you'll hear us at The American Garden Theater - again.

I haven't tried this yet but it might be a good place to start:

President of Epcot:
Mr. George Kalogridis
President of Epcot
PO Box 10000
Lake Buena Vista, Florida 32830-1000

I got the address off this page:

no. 11

Let the deluge of letters/faxes/e-mails begin!

adg, I meant to ask you at the Gainesville show, but never got the chance. Do you have anything left down in Sebastian, FL at all? I know you moved RSR back to Massachusetts, but what about your home down there? It would really be great if you could make the Vero Beach shindig in the park again in late May.

New member, first time poster here. <waves Hi to everyone>

Every year my entire family goes to the Flower and Garden show specifically to see you in concert, Arlo. Since we live in Florida, we are able to go to the parks on a semi-regular basis and have seen almost everything there is to see there. There is not much interest unless something special is going on. Unfortunately, we have lost a special part of this event and Disney has lost some of the magic it once had. Seems this is happening more and more lately.

We have discussed this, as a family, and have decided not to attend this year because it just wont be the same without you.

Oh, and "yes" a letter will be on its way to the corporate office.

Thank YOU! It's the exact kind of letter to the suits we need to keep us returning. We loved doing that gig. Thanks again, adg

I'm surprised they brought Davy Jones back there again this yr. I'm glad they got Davy back but mad they didn't get Arlo back. Even tho I never get to go there (went there once in the 70's before they built Epcot), there are many who do go & to see Arlo & it's not fair to them or him...

Hello all,

I'm another one who is upset about Arlo not being invited back to Epcot this year. His shows are some of the best I've ever seen there, and I still have my baseball hat autographed by him & Sara Lee from several years ago, although it's getting a bit ragged.

Anyway, you can send emails to Disney guest relations at :

WDW.Guest.Communications@disneyworld.com

or write an old fashioned letter to :

Walt Disney World Guest Communications
PO Box 10040
Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830-0040

They do read and respond to emails and letters, and hopefully enough of them will convince them to put him back on the list for next year. Who knows, maybe they can even squeeze him in during the Food & Wine Festival this year.

Considering some of the lame acts they added this year, I doubt many will draw the crowds that Arlo consistently does. Please take the time to let your feelings be known.

I wonder if Arlo has any future plans for the Central Florida area , such as HOB?

Hopefully next year they'll be back!!

Take care,

Bill

Hola,

HOB is House of Blues, in Downtown Disney section. I've been fortunate enough to catch some good shows there, such as Leftover Salmon and Ratdog, it's a good venue for this area.

Take care,

Bill

Thanks, Bill. Got down to Winter Park today, just the other side of Mousetown from you. Had to be one of the ten best days of the year to hang outside. Now if I can just get some rain for my little horse farm up here, I'd be a happy man!

Sorry to resurrect this post but I wanted to update you on what happened with Disney. I just got my response back after only 2 months.
Anyhoo, a girl calls from Dismal customer service and my wife spoke to her. Basically they said that they were really sorry that we were not happy and that, unfortunately, there was just too many acts to be able to include Arlo. She was going to submit the information to the proper people for review and that was it. Kinda lame if you ask me. I guess the best thing you can do at this point is e-mail, snail mail or call them and let them know how you feel.

This was the E-Mail address I used: guest.mail@wdw.disneyonline.com

Whatever you folks did has worked. Arlo will be back at Epcot next yr along with Davy Jones. All the acts they are having are good one. I came across the info on the internet. The info is here:

I was so bummed when I saw Arlo's dates at Disney. I will be there May 7th to 12th. Come on Arlo stick around a few days more!!!! :)

Well at least we will see him in March! "Santa" brought the us tickets to his show in Fort Worth TX. When my son opened them he was a little confused until I pointed out the name on the tickets. Then he was so excited! :)

Hugs
Jamie
