all interesting suggestions.. although i'm more partial to

Felix & Oscar (although I have no clue who could be Felix)
Beauty & the Beast

but my all time favorite would be
Muck & Mire
("I'm Muck, he's Mire" - Lou Costello)

(Frick and Frack is a close runner-up though!)

as much as i hate to admit it, and i really really do hate to admit it

(why so dramatic you say?)

but you have made it difficult to choose.

Wow. That don't leave much......do it?

We are however getting off topic.

Maybe we should just start up a folkslinger's union, grant Arlo the only membership, and just tell him about it later........after he sends in his check for the dues that is. Unions have dues you know, and some of them even have don'ts. Of course Arnie thinks "don'ts" is a contraction for "donuts", so hide the Krispy Creams.

I can't believe know one sugggested the obvious:
Rocky and Bullwinkle or perhaps
Tennessee and Chumley

My kids always manage me......if they didn't I'd be unmanageable. I always think about wanting time to myself, but when they are gone I don't know what the heck to do with myself. Perhaps a union would be good though so I can "organize" myself after haggling with "the management".

Nah, Nah, Nah, It's more like Click and Clack, the Tappet Brothers. Aka Tom and Ray Magliozzi, the hosts of CarTalk

Here's a good cartoon....Arlo and Alice.......or perhaps a sitcom.

But about the union......a folkslingers union sounds cool to me......I don't even know if the musicians union has a berkshires chapter arlo could join if he wanted to....what the heck. I got a new gig bag that says guitar slinger on it, way cool. So if Arlo joins this union to himself ? I'm confused (not unusual)...I thought he already rejoined himself on the solo reunion tour...together again ? But more important...who does this new union endorse for president of the united states of amerika. I wonder if arlo is in the new cartoon movie about chicago 1968.
