I don't know about Oregon, but I'm gearing up for the Kate Wolf Festival in June, and that looks to be about as close to Jacksonville as it is SF, so you might consider that, (although Yahoo sends you down 5 and back north again, maybe you know a shortcut to Hopland or Willits or something). If you stay all festival you get to hear Rosalie Sorrels and Steve Earle as a bonus.
