After listening to her song duets with Arlo and Liv again and again, I have a sudden yen to hear Leah Kunkel. Does anyone know what she is doing, where she is playing, if she has a web page, etc? No luck on the traditional search engines...

You can find her singing background vocals on Barry Mann's "Soul and Inspiration" CD, January 2000. She is also a boardmember of I.M.A., The Institute for the Musical Arts, a non-profit teaching, performing, and recording facility dedicated to supporting women in music and its related business.

I believe she died awhile back & they did a tribute to her in LA I think. Her hubby was Russ Kunkle who did drums on some ADG records. Her sister was the late Mama Cass Elliot, I believe... Hope I've helped.

Unable to edit posts on here it says so I'll add an addendum here. Glad she's alive! Maybe it was someone else I had her confued with. Whoever it was that passed on both she & their hubby played on some Arlo records. Sorry to have accidentally given out wrong info on here. Hopefully she will join us on here!
