last time I saw B W was at Frontier City USA just north of OKC right where the Turner Turnpike cuts east off of 35 headin to Tulsa. Cost me $10. The headliner that night was Jimmy Buffet. B W was drunk and the set was bad and he was playin' gospel at the piano to words that made no sense at all. I remember his best shows though when he would sing about headin on down highway 1 with nothin but me the road and the sun El Camino take me home back where my dreams belong...but in Frontier City that night...he was drunk...that was the last time I saw Jimmy Buffet (hell I can't afford to now and besides the tickets are gone before you turn around....but that night he sang lots of good songs...that was when Come Monday was no longer a hit and Margaretaville was just about to be new. That night the Coral Reefers were great! They played a verson of God's own Drunk that was outta this world. I remember cause when Jimmy said Reggie Youngin comode huggin drunk Reggie Young stepped up and played one of the most incredible guitar solo's I ever heard live (I saw him with Waylon and he played one then too at 48 hours at Atoka). He did the teeth behind the back just straight ahead in you face guitar thing that melted perfectly back into God's own Drunk....I remember it well...there were only about 200 people there (it has been a long time since Jimmy played that kind of crowd)
