Our main paper in Brisbane is the Courier Mail. This past Sat I was looking
through the Motoring section. On the Big Wheels page I spotted a photo of Willie, with a big smile on his face, pumping biodiesel into his tour bus! The headline was 'Singer's pitch to truckies to clean up their act'. You probably all know the story already but it is good to see he is teaming up with a biodiesel distributer to promote this fuel and help farmers. Also it's good to see a positive story about a celebrity instead of bad news or gossip!!
I'll be spending a couple of hours with Willie on the 24th Feb. Can't wait!!

Have fun at the show. Willie puts on a good show. We saw him at Farm Aid one yr when Arlo was there. Willie continued singing for quite awhile after the thing was over which was cool. Any old dude with long hair, that's cool...

Louise, you will definitely not be disappointed. We saw Willie at a local outdoor venue one night about 4 years ago. It was a non-stop evening. I didn't keep a setlist, but if I had, I probably would have needed several sheets of paper.

So, that's a hint! :)

Yes, I agree, any time spent with Willie is time well spent! There's not
that many people these days that I will pay money and/or stand in
line to see. Willie would always be on my list, but New England
doesn't seem to be in his territory too often.

Come see us again Willie!

Willie isn't the only one going BioDiesel...
Neil Young's "Greendale" tour, last year, was moved entirely using biodiesel fueled trucks and buses...

Hey Arlo... have you looked into this?

Thanks for the hint Terrie, I'll take extra paper! Can't wait. I'm taking my mom, so she can write too!
