Another band that's been "around" for a long time (probably close to 25 years) is Smoked Country Jam. As their name implies, they are a folkie bluegrass. No, I'm not their webmaster, but one of the guys did contact me a few months ago because their band's name appeared on a travelogue I wrote about Cape May, NJ which is where I first heard them oh so many years ago.

Although I only heard them play that one night in Cape May, in a small bar/restaurant called The Ugly Mug, they made an impact on me.

The guys are getting back together for a 2-day festival in the Susquehanna Valley in June.
