We've lost another great voice for love,

I remember Mimi and Richard Fariña's music so well. I rembember their commitment to the anti-war effort, Richard's time in jail, and the hope he and Mimi brought to people my age.

They both will always be dear to my heart.

yes,,,it saddens me too..listened to richard and mimi for years..saw them at PFF a bunch of times. i heard the other day that mimi's
sister joan was at her side.

on the bright side...they're playing together again...which is a good thing.

So sorry to hear about her passing. Not sure of what she sang as I'm more familiar with Joans stuff. Shame to see the 60's folkies passing on...

What Arnie said Levi! Can't think of a nicer way to bring back memories. . . . .Happy and sad. The sweet, the sour, the bitter-sweet. It's all just a memorie. Some linger on. . .

The earth felt this loss. I know her passing was not in vain. She is a true angel.
