Tomorrow there's a special election in Ohio's 2nd congressional district. Paul Hackett is an Iraqi war vet running as a Democrat. He's called the Republicans chickenhawks and that they should shut up when his opponent said he should be standing with the president instead of opposing the administration's policies.

Today, with one day left, he wants to take a viral marketing approach and is asking everyone who wants to see him win e-mail everyone they know and ask them to e-mail everyone they know, etc, based on the theory that it'll get to several thousand people in his district. I figure instead of e-mailing everyone I know, I'd post to everyone I know and some people that I don't know.

I am not in that congressional district -and have no family down that way - he'd get my vote on that statement alone if I could vote there
