He held up his copy of the Constitution of the United States and said, "I stand here with our Founding Fathers, who wrote in the pre-amble: 'We hold these truths to be self evident ..."

Only problem is, that quote is from the Declaration of Independence.

Fortunately, no one in the audience noticed because they were too busy making sure that their signs comparing the health care reform bill to Dachau were right side up.
