A bill finally passes in the US! Unfortunately, it was Hurricane Bill, on its way to Canada. Yep! We're still stuck with a do nothing Congress. There are some common traits, however. Both just go around in circles, are all wet, and are full of hot air, wind, flotsam and debris and are always giving Americans a bath!

You forgot to mention that they both can cause a lot of damage. I'm for health care reform, but it doesn't bother me too much that Congress is not in session and that the POTUS is on vacation. Maybe we need a "cooling-off" period.
