I'm in Gryffindor, too. My wand is dragon heartstring and cedar, 13 inches. My owl's name is Greyc. She's laid back and loyal. I haven't begun Quiddich practice yet, so don't know what my position will be. Probably I won't make the team. Never did in Muggle school.

That was sapposed to be 'anyone' not everyone.

Looks like we'll have to fly into a meeting as Fan and I are freed from chat! Going to see if it works.

At this point, a "date" before the new year may be tough. It's getting booked. What a social butterfly I am (not)! But there is a lot going on.

All Gryffindors so far, hunh? So: bravery beats out cleverness, ambition, and hard work, as traits among Blunderites go. Hmmmn. Gee. What a surprise. <img src="http://www.arlo.net/ubb/smilies/rolleyes.gif" width=15 height=15>

This is fun. Thanks for the link, Cea. Sherry, you lucky dog! Can't wait to see the movie. (Maybe the Sorting Hat is having a tough time figuring you out...???)

Went to Quidditch, but haven't tried out for all the positions yet -- although I'm definitely not a Chaser. Of course, I never went out for sports much in Muggle school, either. Refused to compete against anyone but myself. (One high-school finally broke down and included Yoga as a PE subject, just to get me to stop finding ways to skip.)

We could probably even meet in the Harry Potter site chat room, if it comes to that. My schedule is, as always, wide open. Almost any time is fine with me -- although this weekend I am hoping to get out of Woodstock and go visit an old friend near Albany, if it's the last thing I do.

Ceas, cool site--finally had a couple minutes to at least get sorted. Gryffindor, as well (no wand as yet). I'm on almost finished with the 2d book. Maybe I'll be almost caught up by the next planned (and hopefully not postponed) meeting. By the by, got an email from "Book of the Month" club--set of 4 hard-bound Harry Potter books for a $1. I do believe I'll take that offer!

I'm guessing maybe next yr...witch wood run into Jan 6th 2002...At this rate, maybe the next movie will be out.....

*I'm suggesting Sunday nite at 8:30 either the 9th or the 16th??????

***Cant promise anything for next yr. That site is cool, but find it coinsodental everyone is Gryffindor's...I know for a fact I'm Syltherine material...For sure....<img src="http://www.arlo.net/ubb/smilies/evil.gif" width=15 height=15>

Seems anymore postponements, would be crazy!!
The book Club just might have to go, as much as I hate to see it....

Don't know about anyone else, but both the 9th and the 16th work fine for me.

Yeah, I'm beginning to wonder about all the Gryffindors myself -- anyone try going back and being re-sorted yet, just to see what happens if they answer all the questions differently?

I love the wand shop, I must say. Some of the things they've done on that site really are very clever.

That's great Muffy. I'd have to agree....(love that site....the wand part is best. Can't seem to find chat tho)? STAYING on topic (talking to MYSELF)lol...

**I think brother Todd would say, "You better nail that one down"!! simply put, before it gets away!

**tommorro nite is short notice...Lets put it on for the 16th, and who-ever shows. Shows.

Thanks Muffy, for steering this ship!<img src="http://www.arlo.net/ubb/smilies/smile.gif" width=15 height=15> I'm sure it will be worth the wait.....We totally understand, if some can't make it!

In retrospect, Sherry's advice on 'Doing the Book' in another chat-room, was genious. If I had my act together, it could have gone down that way....Call it sentimental, but it wouldn't seem the same, not being in Moose Crossings......Gives me the weepie's....<img src="http://www.arlo.net/ubb/smilies/bawling.gif" width=21 height=16>

*Maybe this all came together for a reason? If Blunderchat breaks down again on the 16th, we'll get the hint Dave..RAL,,,but would guess that's not the case.

Christmas party at boss's house the 16th. (It's not dreadful or anything; he's a long-time friend, too.) Pamram--it's Biff; it will be nice. Only about 14 people, so I probably would be missed if I slipped into his daughter's room and got online, but I'll try.

Ya'll have fun, and someone please save it the "proceedings."<img src="http://www.arlo.net/ubb/smilies/smile.gif" width=15 height=15>

maybe i just thought i saw a chat room over at the HP site. believe it or not, sometimes i can actually be confused. i'll go check, though. heck, that gives me a whole week to do so. chat rooms are pretty easy to come by in this day and age, right? i mean, should the moose crossing be closed due to excessive moose migration, or whatever ...

cea, do try to slip away for a few minutes, at least. or bring the bosses' party with you, if you can't.
right, hogwartsites? (Or is that hogwartsians? hmmmn.)
sounds like the bosses' daughter is a built in excuse, though. you could bring just her, maybe.
