Naw, he can't cut his hair lol. That would be so bogus man. His hair is just him. People with long hair are are doing what they feel is right for them instead of blindly following the crowd wearing their hair however the world wants them instead of how they really want to wear it. So I applaud Arlo for being him & not another stuffed shirt establishment dude. And yes some of us conservatives dig long hair on dudes and sympathize with hippies. I'm married to a short hair so Arlo is my chance to see long hair on a dude. I dig long hair on dudes.

So we'll have him do something else instead. No hair cutting... :)

Cheryl I agree with you - he shouldn't cut his hair, it's just who he is. I'm married to a short hair too, but only for 2-3 months out of the year, he cuts it once a year to donate to Locks of Love soooo I guess I can deal with that. He's Arlos age but still has mostly dark hair - I'm the one with the long gray!!!
Maybe Arlo can auction off a strand!!!!!!!!!!!

The most I would say, would be a tiny curl from the underside of the back.

Imagine tucking an Arlo curl in the family Bible :D or...um...whatever it is you happen to read! 8)

Arlo's hair is his trademark and has had that for 40 years, he will keep his hair long for another 40 years I hope  People feel great having long hair makes them look younger including Arlo. You are never too old to have long hair :)

I have an idea lets each one of us find a strand of Arlo's hair on his shirt or vest and make a wig and donate to charity like The Hair Club For Men or PETA. At one show I went to a couple years ago, me and Judy were standing next to Arlo and I found a strand of his hair on his vest, I secretly pulled it off and put it in my bag. When I got home later that night, at was gone  I was gonna put that in my jewelry box and make a necklace out of it, but the strand was a bad piece anyway all bumpy no curl :( Better luck next time!

Here is some philosophy on not cutting your hair:

Hair today, gone tomorrow. I've got long hair but I'm going bald. My head is a paradox. I wanted a second opinion.

What do you get when camping in the winter?

Tentacles!

Oh, wait! That might be what gets removed when a dog or cat is neutered. Uh, oh! Where's this going? It started with a hair cut! ............YIKES!

LOL!!!....Now this is the subject of hair particles....How about using Lucy's homemade recipe to restore hair. All you need is oil and vinegar, mustard, two eggs sunnyside up beat thoroughly and a hot food bag over your head, cook at 350 degrees and BOOM!! you get a Greek scrambled egg Chia Head breakfast grown on your head!

How do you know you really are losing hair and not simply growing more scalp?

This is getting strange........even for here! :)

Why don't we ask George W. Bush to donate his DNA? Not to raise money for charity or nuthin', and I don't mean just some of his DNA, I mean all of it. Just to remove it from the gene pool. Sounds like a good idea to me.
