Nobody forces someone to join the military. So your entire argument falls apart. Nice try though.

Economic times mister, are forcing people to sign up.

As I said before here on this thread, about what the Lamb said 2000 years ago, ''WOE to the stumbling blocks which cause the little ones to stumble (am not implying sign up is wrong.). It is inevitable that stumbling blocks shall come, but WOE to them from which they come.'' Those stumbling blocks from the powers that be, now have every body minding everyone else's business, while within the last year, we just bombed the hell out of Libya, for Corporate profit, and n ow those same corporations are getting in line to profit from rebuilding it. While you bitch and moan about a women's personal choice, who only god in the next life will have any clue of who really caused it.

We can let Vets like Michael Prysner keep trying to reveal the truth of what these wars are about. Corporate Profits. When we are told lies by our Govt and Media, that its patriotic, we have been sold bs. Would you rather risked your life for bs, or the truth?

As America celebrates Veteran's Day, the number of its troops heading to overseas wars is on the rise. But so is the number of soldiers refusing to fight. The desertion rate among US servicemen has shot up three-fold.
Michael Prysner-Veteran Suicides Setting Record 20% of 30,000 Suicides Are Veterans.

From how I can add, the real number of soldiers who died from wounds in this Century's US wars is well over 30,000, not the over 4000 still reported by the Govt and Media. But if people are like Jafo, he is right that it will never make a difference.

''Sergeant Matthis Chiroux is an Iraq veteran who could not take any more war, and says others do not have to either.
"There are vets who are anti-military, I'm one of them. There are vets that are anti-American because of their experience in the military and I'm one of them," Chiroux says.
Now he's taking action to bring about change, as a college student and activist.
"I enlisted when I was 18. I was homeless, living in a tent, selling psychedelic mushrooms to make money to survive. I was set up by the police department and was given the choice to enlist or face prosecution," Chiroux recalls.
"When I came to the conclusion that we hadn't just made a mistake but were and continued to be in violation of international law, it was imperative that I not deploy to Iraq."

Even if your "points" were factually correct (though I doubt it), what the hell does that have to do with anything? I said the Military is 100% voluntary: A FACT! Your ramblings about whatever BS you copied and pasted are meaningless.

Well my kind would like to hear the full count of our vets who have died from wounds in these 21st Century's wars. Not all all who patriotically support them wars are the sociopaths, that I am getting more convinced everyday that you are! Its just much more important than than bs about abortions or any other personal choice, people may have to answer to someone in the next life for.

You are for ripping babies out of the womb and throwing them into dumpsters.. Who's the sociopath again? I sure as hell wouldn't want that on my resume in the next life.

Here are some wise words from a the Father of The American Revolution. They were not in all of the versions of Common Sense I have read, but were on the last page of at least one. My kind can understand how they apply to the abortion issue and our crime and punishment, so called justice system. I've always wondered why ''it'' was spelt just ice. Its thought provoking to me that Arlo says, ''Justice is for the faint of heart.''

'An avidity to punish is always dangerous to liberty. It leads men to stretch, to misinterpret, and to misapply even the best of laws. He that would make his own liberty secure must guard even his enemy from oppression; for if he violates his duty, he establishes a precedent that will reach to himself." --Thomas Paine

That all ties into, at least to me, with how in The Talmud of the Jews it says, ''If the world continues to insist on strict justice it will not endure.''

People who would regulate a woman's choice, but don't give a damn about regulating that ''clean coal'' stuff our media keeps selling us, our focusing on things that are only dividing this land. Lets at least start being honest and take the word united out of our name.

Leo, it almost isn't fair debating with you. I am just going to be nice here and let you believe Washington was OK with abortion and the Talmud is too.. I see no point in carrying on here..

And since the 80s the Religious Right has everybody minding every bodies business except their own business. The abortion debate has turned into an abortion of it own. The biggest busy bodies tangent I have ever seen in my life time.

Alright, we will do it Jafo's and The Religious Rights' way. We will bring to court every Women and Doctor that was ever involved in an abortion to Court. But every single case will be on TV, and before a Jury of their peers. And the Jury can decide if there was any intent involved, after hearing the defendants speak their minds.

Your body ends where a babies begins. I would love to imprison every "doctor" who murders babies, along with the mother too.

Are you going to give them their day in court before a jury of their peers?

Not that this has anything Jafo will understand. Some arlonuts will ponder.
