Now that my left eye has been messed with, my right eye is now having frequent retina bleeds (inside the eye, in the back) and needs three laser treatments also. My blood sugars are in very tight control; it seems that (according to my doctor) it can trigger the body to react badly to the change to having always normal blood sugars instead of mostly normal, but sometimes a bit elevated.

Having both eyes zapped is going to make my night vision extremely poor, especially walking from a lighted area to a dark one (movie theater, dark room). Driving with headlights isn't a problem.

The one great thing is several Arlo concerts surrounding this area in March...my last laser treatment will be March 1. I'm really looking forward to them!

Good luck with the eyes. The Arlo shows are gonna be fun. I will only get to go to the Hampton shows cuz the DC area is too far for me to attempt alone and no one to go with me. Bummer on missing the Birchmere and Wolftrap. My folks are going to Hampton with me so I don't have to go alone. Since they can't handleing sitting around during a show all that time, they will stay in the motel room and relax while I am at the shows. Should be fun...
