I've got a sat ticket. And I like to start the tailgate mid to late sunday morning.....get there whenever you can. We run until 5:00 ish as a rule.
Also, for anyone I know that cares to split the cost of a motel room 2 miles from the church on sat. night, I'm flying solo. So if you don't mind sharing a room with a large man that snores, let me know.

sorry i can't make it this year. It's one thing when i decide I just can't get myself up there, it's another when I KNOW i'm not allowed to go!

just explain to me why there is a line of folks outside my bedroom door asking if there is still room at the inn?

I was married to a snorer for 23 yrs. Still never got used to it. Now I wouldn't mind it if it would just bring Mike back...

I cannot even come to the church , let alone volunteer to be your roommate, but if i could.... you would laugh me to sleep !

Larry, I'm sure that between us all we can tuck you in somewhere. And then there's the possibility that we'll just sit up most of the night talking ... it's been known to happen. What the heck, we can sleep when we're back home.

My Master's degree people have no understanding, no sympathy, empathy or flexibility......no way are they gonna let me move my project presentation forward or backward......but I'll surely be there in spirit. Maybe somebody could carry me there in their guitar case? I will be able to just barely make the National Storytelling Festival in Jonesborough, Tenn. though. It'll have to do......John McCutcheon will be there.

I do have a room, it was an offer, not a request.

I want to come but are Americans snore different than Europeans Larry ?

Due to the bad economy over here, one American snore is only as loud as .68 of a European snore.

One week from this exact moment we will be on our way to the airport, headed for the GC.

And we will be in Atlanta unless Hartsfield is underwater.

As we say here, to go to hell in the South you have to go through Atlanta on Delta. We take the red eye out of Huntsville.
