...to talk to my heavily drugged mom, who is in hospice care for lung cancer and tell her I love her and it's okay for her to die, and keep it together while doing so. One of the most difficult things I've ever had to do. Jim arrived home soon after the call...I needed that hug. We've been using up a lot of kleenex lately.

She still hanging in there...my RN sister says if her blood chemistry gets a little worse, it will be soon.



On a happier note, I've got Skype on my new laptop. If you've got Skype, look me up sometime!

Sue, my heart's with you. I had to do that with my dad 4 years ago. There are just no words that can really express it... hugs to you and your family.

Watching my Dad go at home was as hard as I can remember anything being. We send you all our love, Sue. Your friends are everywhere.
