I bought me a house! First time homeowner!

Tons to do... but VERY happy about it... I closed on it yesterday.

Two BR, small kitchen and dining area, nice living room, an enclosed porch out back, and a two-car garage.

I've got to go ... it's being painted now, and I'm MOVING this weekend!

Congrats, Wyld! Cool beans! After three summers of stripping, repairing and re-roofing the house, mud room and attached garage roofs, I (half) jokingly started referring to myself as being a "home moaner" (my back will never be the same!). May you ever stay a happy "home owner"!
