It has come to my attention that we are $4,500 short with only days to go to be able to qualify for the grant of $27K+. to benefit the Guthrie Center. George has to file the paper work by January 6th. So if you were thinking of sending something in towards the grant...please do so today or tomorrow. It would be such ashame to loose it when he/we are so close. The money that they have collected so far, includes all the contingency plans and exhausts all money that is available, so it has to come from private donations.

I know the time of year stinks, but January 1st, is a lot of first paychecks of the year - and what better way to start the year off right but to support a place that we so often take for granted. So even if you've donated before, please spare a little more to help keep the GC there for us when we need to laugh, cry, hear music or just recouperate.
