You know that thing about sending the "wind" to some one who needs it?
Well I could use some of that about now and some Blundervibes too.

Everything has gotten on top of me this year. I've been giving to much of myself to others and have had a massive melt down.

For you who have been thru one you know what I mean.

I always have difficulty with group hugs, but sending "wind" is something else. Wind, wind, wind for you. But your initial post put me immediately in mind of one of Emerson's late essays -- an essay that doesn't get quoted much because it shows a different side of him -- a side I love as much as the side he's known for, so, with apologies to anyone who doesn't find sarcasm uplifting:
