I did a quick look around to see if there was a who's gonna be at the church this year thread, but didn't find one so I figured I'd post here. I had planned on making it up there this year... it's been too long.

However, matters of the heart have interfered this year it seems. I'm actually headed up to Hemlock, MI (about 30 minutes west of Saginaw) this Friday. I've been talking to someone who has really grabbed my heart unlike any before, and Friday we finally meet. Who knows... maybe this coming spring we'll both make it to the church!

At any rate, I just wanted to say to everyone that I've missed you all... and I swear... I'm gonna make it back up there soon. You'll all be on my mind as well as my heart. Safe travel for all those making the trip this year! And I'll see ya soon. Love and miss ya all!!!

PS: At least Arlo will be down my way next month... and I plan to make it to at least one of those.

yeah, i noticed that too... i'd been gleaning the list from the various posts tho', so i've had a good idea it would be most of the usual suspects...
unfortunately, i have no 'tickets' for this weekend, and thus made no plans to hop up to the berks... I planned to sit around on sunday and sorta sigh to myself, thinking about all the folks up at the church... or maybe just play some golf!! but who knows? If the weather is nice, and if the stars align just right, maybe I'll bop on up the road for a quick tailgate visit, huh? who knows, right?

otherwise, you folks all have a great time this weekend, and give wyld a big hug for me... in fact, you all give each other a big hug and a sloppy wet kiss from me!! (I'd love to see that scene!!!)

we'll try to to get ya' some 8x10 color glossy photos with circles and arrows of the sloppy wet kisses. sorry you guys couldn't make it out. peace, freaky

JohnC & I are headed up there. (Dogless) Arnie please come for the Tailgate... We'll get you a stick and a ball and something like a cup so you can "play" golf up there. Dave - it would be nice to see you too - but I guess ya gotta do what ya gotta do...

after probably 10 years of fall reunions (i'm very lucky~).....this year i won't be there....which is still a little hard for me to believe....
....it's been a tough financial year and the budget just won't stretch....i was able to be at the HD walk and concerts in the spring....and am very grateful that i could be there then.....besides i finally met Arnie last year.... so what's left to do??;)

...i'll be thinking of y'all more than you *know* ... sending you ((((((hugs))))) i can't give in person this fall....may it be a wonderful, blunderful, fun and funny, beautiful weekend... as it always is....

Hi kj, I'm so sorry that you won't be there. Maybe this Spring we will finally meet face to face, we missed meeting each other this Spring. I posted on another thread that I will be attending the Saturday night show and leaving Sunday after I do some foreign harvest shopping for an awesomely uncommonly sized juicy pumpkin fresh from Massachusetts. It's a shame I cannot stay the whole weekend, thanks to this sick dreadful economy, its sucks

Ya'll have fun at the church shows. The Wizard needs to show up at both Birchmere shows. He's been missing at them lately. We'll think of ya'll while in KY. It's the weekend after this one & we are so excited...

Would've loved to go to the tailgater, but the Mrs. made plans for the Ren Faire in Hebron, CT on Sunday. Besides, didn't bottle any of the mead yet. Someday................

I wish we could ALL be there... gonna miss you Zap... and Dave... and KJ... and Sparky... and RB ... and many other friends.

I'm heading out to the store to get 3-ounce containers of 'stuff' to put in my quart size ziplock baggie... then on to the airport! I'll be stopping in Albany tomorrow morning, and then to the Church, not later than around 4 or 5... see some of you there, then!
