Hi Gang! Yup, for the first year I finally got what Ive always wanted for my January birthday - A TAN!
Samantha, Paul and Shana joined us down here for 4 days over the 28th and I marched everyone to stand in front of Walt Disneys statue like I had wanted (for years) for that all important family photo I dreamed of..and there he was.... a relentless seabird sitting on Walts head in all the photos. Is that just perfect "life" or what!!!? I roared at the symbolism! and chuckle stilll...You get everything you ask for - and it comes with a bird on your head!

Anyway, we all had a fabulous time.. My friends from work sent me flowers at the hotel, and my boss sent me a FedEx that I had won a little award I had been nominated for at work..

When the kids left Thursday, John and I left Disneyworld for Sarasota. (We got there with no interstates involved - thank you to Johns patience!) We did See Arlo (and Judy Collins) - and I think it was one of my favorite shows. Everything from the Beatles to Amazing Grace...
We are back in Orlando tonite for a last yummie dinner before heading home tomorrow. Thank all you guys for remembering my day (If not the date-ha ha) and good health wishes for what I plan to be my "next" 50 years...and yes Larry, come steal John ASAP and often....but only cause he enjoys seeing you...not cause I necessarily want to get rid of him. (Sounds schmoopy, but I hear there's a lot of snow to be shoveled at home - LOL!)
