Namaste my chelas all over the world,
I regret to inform you all of the passing of a great yogi, Swami Satchidananda.
He and I go back a very long time.
It was wonderful to be with him during the Parliament of World Religions in 1999. We hung out with my beloved Yogiji at the first Parliament of World Religions in 1993. We had a great time together.

I love and respect this man of God so much.
My heart feels torn apart.
May his teachings never be forgotten.
I love you Swami Satchidananda and always will.

Satchidananda was my yoga teacher's swami. There is a beautiful portrait of him hanging on the wall of her yoga studio. I often sit and look at him before class begins. He looks so kind, and he "helps" me to get into the "right place" before class begins. I heard about his passing from Ma. I still look at his portrait, and he still helps me.
