We were out in Somerset this morning at the Flight 93 Memorial, just a little bit away from where the 9 miners have been trapped. I just heard on the news about 2 minutes ago that all 9 are alive and about to be removed from the mine, where they've been trapped for over 72 hours.

Bravo! Good news for a change.

So glad they are gonna be okay. Mikes late father used to be a miner. In fact his late mom was married to another man before she married his dad. This other first husband was a miner too & died in a mining accident. Anyway, good luck to the miners... <img src="http://www.arlo.net/ubb/smilies/peace.gif" width=16 height=16>

The only good news in the paper or on the news for days, seems like. It was wonderful to read every word of the stories about it all.
