Anyway, with or without a video camera, Rob will be sharing the Fall Fesitval weekend with us!

I thought I'd share part of an email I received from Rob, ironically the day of his accident.

"Getting off track here. Anyhow, Sue did get her vacation days approved for the first wk in Oct.... so it looks like we'll make it to the Church on time.....

So cross your fingers for me, say a lil blunder prayer ( vibes kharma, whatever ya call it) that nothing hexes this trip. I really miss ya' all, and really miss hearing Arlo play and sing live"

maybe Regina can talk to Sue and see if Rob can have a phone and maybe he can hear it live too!

Hope someone posts the video online so we can all see it. He'll be there in spirit I know. Continued prayers, vibes and healing headed his way...

I talked with Sue Brown Last night and her word of the evening was "AWESOME" when I asked how things were going. Rob has been completely off the respirator for 4 days now, and he has been moved OUT of the the ICU into a regular room. (Room 371). AND that's NOT the big news...Rob stood on his own feet (with a little help) for 30 seconds yesterday...I don't know about you - but that part REALLLY gets to me!!!

The nurses told Sue that people generally don't stay in the regular rooms for very long, they are usually discharged to a rehab place, if all goes well, within two weeks or so.

He has read EVERY card he has gotten. He is "awed" by the support and love of his friends and family.

Hey Fitzy: We have oodles of video and will get to work on that this weekend hopefully. Meanwhile, possibly you can repurpose one of the DVDs I gave you or copy it and send that along.
